The Ombudsman cannot investigate:

• the governor, parliament, ministers and members of parliament
• courts or court like bodies
• legal advisors acting for public authorities
• individual employment issues
• trusts and investment funds
• royal commissions
• the privacy committee, ICAC, casino control authority, legal services commissioner etc.
