Guidelines for agencies

We help agencies in the public sector, and some in the private sector, to address any problems that arise in the exercise of their functions and the discharge of their responsibilities. One of the strategies we use is to develop and distribute guidelines and fact sheets to help agencies and the people who work in them become aware of their responsibilities to the public and to act reasonably and lawfully.
